 My most intensive program with over 30 hours of individual contact with me over the course of 3 months. You will learn all of the DBT Skills, identify your vulnerability factors and triggers, create roadmap to your Life Worth Living and we'll troubleshoot together in real time along the way.

The Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skills Manual was developed by Marsha Linehan in 1992 and updated in 2013.  Skills courses cover Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation & Interpersonal Effectiveness.  When combined, the skills provide a comprehensive framework for dealing with any situation involving emotion (Guess what? Thats pretty much every situation).

This is an INTENSE approach designed specifically for those who are ready for DRAMATIC CHANGE in the SHORTEST AMOUNT OF TIME!  Clients in this program are expected to commit the majority of their time, energy and spirit to the program for the entire 90 days.  We work 1-on-1 together 4-6 days per week in this time.  Clients have daily homework and in=vivo assignments to take the knowledge they are learning and behaviorally implement it into their lives. This program was initially designed as a step down protocol for someone ending inpatient treatment and can be a great alternative to an Intensive Outpatient Program.
