Therapy is so 1995!! My coaching approach combines the empirically validated techniques of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) with the more natural coaching relationship.


For those who are looking to build a more effective life but are not looking for therapy.  Coaching allows for a conformable and real relationship.  I partner with clients to help them achieve the changes they have always dreamed of in their life.


Coaching Process

Identify your personal roadblocks to success and the skills you are lacking that are preventing you from reaching your best self.


Create a plan of attack that focuses on solving not only current problems but also developing a framework you will know you can rely on in future situations.


Add the DBT Skills to your life in the form of mindfulness exercises, emotions 101 & interpersonal skill instruction giving you a personal toolkit for emotion domination!


All while I provide accountability and non-judgmental support along the way!


LENS is a holistic approach that can offer relief from many mental health symptoms.  Sessions are brief & many clients begin seeing results immediately. The brain is provided with a short periods of low frequency feedback through an EEG machine.  This presents it with information about the wavelengths it is producing, which allows it to reset to its own optimal level of functioning.

I am also available for speaking engagements & interviews on the topics of mental health, BPD, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, introversion, complex trauma, & alternative healing approaches.  


I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skill instructions in a variety of formats, with the aim to have a program that is accessible to every level of need.  For those looking to learn the skills on the fly, I have designed DBT Skills in 90, a hybrid email/skype approach.  We cover all the skills in about 1/2 the time of a traditional skills group approach.  I also offer individual instruction via FaceTime and interactive weekly email subscription.  


For those who are currently in therapy with another practitioner but do not have access to skills locally, I can work with your therapist to create a skills calendar specifically tailored to your therapy goals.
