LENS is a holistic (non chemical) approach that can offer relief from many mental health symptoms.  Sessions are brief & many clients begin seeing results immediately. The brain is provided with a short periods of low frequency feedback through an EEG machine.  This presents it with information about the wavelengths it is producing, which allows it to reset to its own optimal level of functioning.

I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy Skill instructions in a variety of formats, with the aim to have a program that is accessible to every level of need.  For those looking to learn the skills on the fly, I have designed DBT Skills in 90, a hybrid email/FaceTime approach.  We cover all the skills in about 1/2 the time of a traditional skills group.  I also offer individual instruction via FaceTime.

For those who are currently in therapy with another practitioner but do not have access to skills locally, I can work with your therapist to create a skills calendar specifically tailored to your therapy goals.
